Saadia Z. Yunus is the compassionate founder of True Mind Wellness, where she provides a safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to heal and thrive. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing, Saadia is also an EMDR-Certified trauma specialist and an AAMFT Clinical Fellow, showcasing her advanced expertise in mental health care.
With over 12 years of experience, Saadia has helped countless clients rebuild self-trust, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful change in their lives. Since founding her private practice in 2015, she has specialized in using evidence-based methods such as EMDR, IFS, Gottman, Structural Couples Therapy, and Somatic Therapy to ensure personalized and effective care for every client.
Saadia’s dedication extends beyond her practice, as she serves on the boards of the Association of Mental Health and Wellness, Northwell Family Health Center, Huntington Hospital, EMDR Long Island Organization, and the Institute of Muslim Mental Health. These leadership roles highlight her commitment to advancing mental health initiatives within her community.
Whether through therapy in New York, Florida, and Michigan, or coaching and speaking engagements worldwide, Saadia empowers her clients to take action, strengthen relationships, and achieve wellness. She resides on Long Island, NY, with her husband, four children, and two cherished cats, bringing warmth and expertise to every aspect of her work.

Samia Vieux is a Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in communication disorders. She specializes in relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and stress management. Trained in EMDR, CBT, and solution-focused therapy, Samia tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs.
As a member of the Delta Kappa Honors Society of MFT and the National Society of Leadership and Success at Northcentral University, Samia brings a wealth of professional expertise and personal insight to her practice. She creates a judgment-free space to help clients build better relationships with themselves and others, develop coping skills, and achieve a life of wellness and fulfillment.
In her free time, she enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Iqra Kapadwala is a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, and intercultural issues, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.
Iqra creates a judgment-free, comfortable space where clients feel safe to explore their authentic selves and discover what they want and need in life. She feels honored to guide her clients through their healing journeys, helping them achieve their goals, build resilience, and thrive. She believes everyone has the power to make positive changes and is committed to supporting them every step of the way.

Sarah Zaidi is a compassionate and culturally attuned practitioner who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate emotional struggles, relationship challenges, and life transitions with a deep sense of understanding.
Sarah works with clients from Muslim, immigrant, and BIPOC communities, honoring their unique cultural and spiritual backgrounds. She combines emotionally focused therapy, narrative therapy, and faith-informed techniques to help clients heal from emotional wounds, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. Her evidence-based holistic approach emphasizes emotional regulation, family systems work, and intergenerational healing.
In her free time, Sarah leads mental health initiatives through faith-based platforms, conferences, and community organizations, advocating for holistic, accessible, and stigma-free care.
